WE OFFER SAFE, CONTACTLESS DELIVERY NZ-WIDE. FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OF SIX OR MORE BOTTLES.
All orders are shipped with PBT direct from our warehouse in Christchurch. We aim to dispatch orders next working day, please contact us for other delivery options. We are unable to send wine internationally.
Delivery within 1-2 workings days for the South Island, 2-4 working days for the North Island.
1–5 bottles — $8.00
Rural delivery — additional $7.00
6 or more bottles — Free
DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDERS
If your order is damaged or hasn't arrived, please get in touch as soon as possible at email@example.com
CORKED OR OUT OF CONDITION WINES
If you suspect a wine is out of condition, reseal the bottle and contact us within 24 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org. We may need to arrange collection of any suspected out of condition bottles for analysis. Faulty wines will be refunded, credited or replaced. Please note that we can only offer refunds, credit or replacements up to six months from the original purchase date, providing the bottles have been properly stored.
