Loyal to the soil is an online bottle shop from Becca Goodall (top left), Theo Coles (centre), and Alex Craighead (top right), the trio behind Salinity Imports. Our mission - to share our portfolio directly with you! We import the kind of wines we're excited to drink, made by thoughtful producers, in a sustainable manner - that are shrines to their people and place. 

Theo is The Hermit Ram, one of New Zealand's most internationally sought after producers. One of the pioneers of hands off winemaking in NZ, he has a passion for regenerative agriculture, crafting terroir-driven wines from North Canterbury. Alex is Kindeli and Don, making organic zero/zero in Nelson. Championing the lo-fi movement is he known the world over for his unique, expressive wines. Becca is an ex-somm and wine buyer from London where she headed the wine program for The Hawksmoor group for many years as well as teaching WSET. Having worked in wineries in France, South Africa, England, and New Zealand she now runs Salinity Imports.
